12 Hour Fundraiser Crop

American Cancer RELAY FOR LIFE

All crafts welcome

9:00am to 9:00pm

Cost is $35* received by March 9th to guarantee a full table and seat. It will sponsor American Cancer Relay for Life. To register and join go to http://www.meetup.com/Crop-Some-Memories

Cash is good. If you are paying with a check please write 2 separate checks out. One written to Vicki Heater for $10 this covers the cost of food and paper supplies. Second check written to Relay for Life in the amount of $25** or more (if you choice to donate more).

**To guarantee your seat for the All Day Crop you can mail me or place your deposit of $25 donation on the Relay for Life.com website. Your name will appear on my donors list, but please, bring your receipt with you.

Go to RelayforLife.com - This will bring you to the home page, scroll down until you come to “Support Participants”, then type in Victoria Heater then place your $25.00 donation online.
If you are not able to attend but would like to just give a donation to Relay for Life; Go to RelayforLife.com.

You will Need to Bring an Extension cord and a light.
You Bring: Photos, Memorabilia, Papers, Stickers, Embellishments, Tape Runners etc. to Crop the Day Away. If you would like to bring side dish or dessert please let me know.
We Provide: A table and chair; Lunch, Dinner and Drinks; Drawings; Die cut (for sale to raise money); Vendors.
